RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

• Parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Non-returnable items: electrical components, filters, consumables, custom orders, and parts to order sourcing requests

How to Return

1. Contact support at helpdesk.delwaves.com with your order number
2. Obtain return authorization
3. Ship the item back at your cost (we'll provide a return address)
4. We'll inspect and process your refund within 7 business days of receipt

Refunds

Approved returns receive a full refund minus original shipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your part arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Sourcing Requests

Custom-sourced parts are non-refundable once ordered. Confirm availability and specs before checkout.
